Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Baby’s Eye handles information. The App is published by Inaki Gomez. By using the App you agree to this policy.
The short version
Baby’s Eye does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Everything the App does happens on your device.
Camera
The App uses your device camera only to show a live, filtered preview that simulates how a baby sees the world. The camera feed is processed in real time on your device and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere — unless you deliberately tap the capture button (see below). We do not have access to your camera feed.
Photos
If you tap the capture button, the App saves that single filtered image to your device’s photo library, using the system “Add to Photos” permission. The App only adds photos you capture; it does not read, browse, upload, or analyse any existing photos in your library. Captured photos remain solely on your device and under your control.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect any data that is linked to you or used to track you. The App contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks, and makes no network requests for the purpose of collecting information about you.
Children’s privacy
The App is designed for parents and caregivers. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no data at all, no information about children is gathered or stored.
Data retention & deletion
Since we collect no data, we have nothing to retain or delete on our side. Photos you
capture are stored in your own device photo library and can be deleted at any time from the
Photos app. You can revoke camera or photo permissions at any time in
Settings › Baby’s Eye.
Security
Because no data leaves your device, there is no transmission or server storage to secure. Your captured photos are protected by your device’s own security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
